Local Mechanics

I just bought a 1978 R80/7 with sidecar attached. The bike looks real nice on the outside but has been sitting idle for about three years. I looked inside the gas tank and there is rust. Not too happy with that. It runs but very rough so I was wondering if there are any mechanics in my area ( southern Chicago suburbs) that can give this ride a once over and correct the problems that exist. Please advise.
