Love these guys...they have bent over backwards (and sometimes forwards) to accomodate me on my first BMW. From sales to service to parts, everyone is friendly and its not like they are "working you" for extras. I got a SWEET deal on a new 05 LT and they have treated me like a king. Service is always willing to accomodate me and my schedule. Quick, efficient and professional.
Thanks to Ken & Pam (sales), Jeff, Zach and Steve (service) and Jimmy (parts)

I'm glad to hear that Sill's just might be getting their act back together. For a long time, all I've heard was bad stories, from good sources.
Next time you see Ken, tell him Joe (Mr. V65) said "hello". :)

Glad you had a good with them. They put my bike back together wrong. Never again.

I always got good service from the part counter when I needed Honda parts - but every time I tried get any info out of the sales staff, they always acted like they were either 'too busy' or I wasn't 'serious' enough to be worth their while. The latter probably rang true to a certain degree the two years I owned my Honda.
But guess what? The time came for me to actually get serious about another bike - and I chose BMW. And - I also remembered the treatment I received from the sales staff there (especially the older gentleman - perhaps a Sill? IS there a Sill??). So even though they were the closest BMW dealer to me, they never even got a crack at my money. I shopped around at the next two closest dealers to me - Mathias in New Philly and All Seasons in Wooster (where I bought my RT). I'd recommend both - worlds apart crom Sills in attitude.
Their loss.
As always - JMHO
