Lowering Driver's Seat

I own a 03 K1200LTE/ need help in lowering front seat.Injury has cause me to lower seat to place good foot on ground.
Can't tippy toe it anymore.
Advice????

There is a procedure for this in the how. One quick way is to open the seat and remove the height adjustment bar.(a black bar that swings to adjust seat height.) Then readjust the plate on the back of the seat so that the seat is snug when back down. More options available in the how.

You can also get a lower seat from BMW. I have one and really like it.

I also have the lower BMW seat (on my 2003). It's great. I suffered for three years with the standard seat on my 2000. What a difference.
