Bike Alarms

Any suggestions on an alarm for a 04 1150rt? Going on a long road trip with many a night at road side motels and easy access for the back of a pick up.

Should dealer install?

Seems like an expensive purchase for a few nights. Why don't you just invest in a rotor lock? :confused: If they can't roll it they ain't going to get far... without a lot of huffin' an puffin'.. Besides if they carry it away they were determined and I would not want to respond to an audible alarm when they were taking the bike..

I have a rotor lock, that also has an alarm in it. Any movement sets it off. The alarm only stays on for a few minutes, but hopefully it will help scare someone away. It only cost $65.00 it think. Xenon I believe the brand is. It works well. jrlakin
