G'day from the Great Southern land,

Just been watching a nifty program called "Beyond tomorrow"...(sorta educational....doh!!)

They displayed a brilliant piece of engineering from an Alan Martin, UK designer, that married an 850BMW boxer motor to the rear end transmission of a car to form a Trike.

Seen here at http://www.pdpconquest.com

6 speed sequential gearbox, plus reverse, all operated from 3 buttons mounted under the throttle grip.

Price they quoted was $45,000 Oz, which was expected to less with better/more production techniques.

This machine looks as revolutionary as did the K12LT back in '99 and would not be out of place standing alongside it.

What a great machine for those unlucky enough to have to be permanently accompanied by yet another set of two wheels.

That looks like a great set up but reading the info it said the 1150 motor was being used not the 850. Which to me seems like the better choice.
