What a great place. Went for service and they were prompt, straightforward and thoughtful. Some services I requested weren't needed and they advised me to wait, instead of doing them anyway to make their money. There were also great with the windshield warranty concerns. They replaced my fogging windshield without question. I never had a problem with scheduling an appointment, everyone is very friendly and courteous. I spoke to a few other patrons and they couldn't speak highly enough about the dealership. Best of all, their courtesy to me is remarkable; the bike wasn't bought there.
I spoke to a tech about some general bike stuff and was surprised that he really didn't know much about other brands of motorcycles. He said that he has his total focus on BMW's and doesn't really have the time to concern himself with other brands. They are an outstanding dealership and they will have all of my business. Stop in! They will treat you right!
