Mine works great. A Motorola phone will work but you won't hear it ring in the headset, any other phone will ring.

what phone are you using now?, and do you have the 329 dollar part that integrates the cell?
does it auto answer when in headset mode?
I need ask more specific questions of the folks who said they could not get it to work even with the integration addition part
thanks!!!

I have the JMCB2003 with the CFRG add-on and I can hook in the cell phone and GPS with no issue. I am using a Nokia 3120? phone which supports auto answer. I would like the headset volume to go higher than it does, but I have the same issue when using a handsfree headset.

I have the 329 part with my phone & GPS running through it. I am using a Nokia phone, it does ring & auto answer. The Motarola will auto answer without ringing. I have the wire running into the glove box & keep the phone there.
