Recently purchased a 2002 K1200LT with Autocom installed.
Bike has power assistance brakes.

I've noticed (at slow speed - almost stopped) that when I apply the hand brake lever that the helmet sound seems to switch to one speaker (or maybe alternates back and forth). Anyone else have this issue.

Regards

Jeremy,
I do not have this problem on my 02. Might help if you would include which model of Autocom and what accessories you have plugged into it.

My '02 works great with the ProM1, no noise, whines or anything.

Any chance the Autocom unit is tapping off 12 volts from the taillight bulb? I believe some of the early Autocom installation notes recommended this. The dealer told me not to do it since, as he claimed, the taillights are driven by electronics which are not suited to supply power for additional accessories. Anyway that might explain why you only hear the problem when applying the brake ???

This is good suggestion, I'll have it looked at.

Whenever I drink from the coffee cup that I keep in the BMW holder, I get a sharp pain in my left eye. Any ideas?
