Hey Posse, as most of you have read Dell is in the Hospital because of complications from his recent run in (http://www.bmwlt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11726) with a 4 wheel type vehicle that tried to run him over. I just talked with Dell to set up a visit for Saturday and he said he would love a visit from anyone here that could make it.

I'm going to head to the RCB breakfast in the morning at the Western Coffee Pot then over to A&S. I know it's short notice but I hope a few of the HDDC can make it. If you can't make breakfast, plan on leaving A&S between 10:00 and 10:30 for the hospital.
Maybe a short ride after if any one has the time.

Thanks

Sorry I can't make it. Have a garage sale to tend to before we move grandpa to our place.

Give Dell my best. I saw him last week at A&S.

You should call before you ride up today. Dell thinks he might be going home today. He told me he should be able to make HDDC this week so lets pick a good spot :D

Thanks to John, Chuck, Nathan, and Ted for visiting me at the hospital. John, you were very reassuring when you talked about getting back in the saddle again. Chuck, your story about the train hitting you made my accident seem pretty insignificant. Nathan you don't seem comfortable around hospitals so I really appreciate you visiting me.

Ted visited later and the first thing he did was hang a poster of a GS on my wall. I want you to know I kept looking at that picture and actually started to think about what it would be like to ride again. Of course Joan had to ask the basic question, "How much does one of those things cost?" When Ted said about $22,000 there was a noticible hush from Joan. Oh well can't stop dreaming.

Thanks again, guys.

Hey Dell glad you're home. I did get your voice mail. See ya on Wednesday. Looks like we're going to Lincoln...
