Habor Freight Tools trailer

I am looking for the article that was written back in early 2004 of making a "neat' motorcycle trailer from a Habor Freight Tools Trailer and a Sears luggage unit that fits on the top of a vehicle. I have done searches but must not be using the right words, I come up empty handed.
