Does anyone have an idea how to install the JBS headsets in a Schuberth Helmet?

I purchased the helmet and the only guy at the dealership who could do the install went to bigger and better places. The dealership told me to come get my helmet cause there wasn't anyone else to do it.

I looked over the helmet and couldn't even figure out how to get the pads out of the darn thing...but then I could F**K up and anvil too.

If you look at the bottom of this site's FAQ page, there are instructions for installing an Autocom headset in a Concept helmet. I found those instructions pretty helpful when I installed mine. Not sure how different the C2 is, but probably worth a look.

Okay guys, I looked at the web site provided and it appears they are installing Autocom speakers which are a lot thinner than the J&M speakers I have. Mine would have to be installed from the head side of the cheek pad rather than the helmet side. This brings up the next question...since I only use the headset for the intercom and CB or FRS (I listen to the music on the bike's speakers) would I be better off purchasing a set of the Autocom speakers and installing them? Is there any reall difference between the Autocom and J&M that my uses could justify?

Jerry,
You might want to also consider the IMC-HS-200. Apparently they are thin speakers (6mm) that produce good sounding music. A recent thread here informed me of this option. Whitehorse Press sells them as well as at this link: http://www.cycle-analyst.com/IMC.htm Also, check out the company's website: http://www.imc-electronics.com/intercom.html
