I know this dealer has had a negative also posted here, but my experience with them was outstanding. My story:
I stopped in earlier this month to test ride a couple used bikes they had on the website - a K1100LT and a R1150RT. I liked the RT a LOT - the LT considerably less so.
FFWD a couple weeks and I finally got around to arranging some financing for a portion of a bike sale and I call the dealership on a Saturday to find out that the RT was indeed - still available. Trouble is, I had to leave the next day for a work-related trip that wouldn't put me back in town until Thursday night. Gary - the salesman there - told me 'no problem' and he'd hold it until I could make it in on Friday. Guess what? He DID!! :)
We negotiated a price, I put a few hundred bucks down until I could get back with a ride to pick it up.....and today, I am the proud new owner of an '02 R1150RT. Even though they could've easily sold the bike out from under me, they did exactly what they promised. Imagine that! :D
