I took my 2005 LT mirror in for repair. I posted a thread earlier with pictures showing the broken plastic around the front retaining wire. I was going to eat the $100 + bucks for the part and $30 for the repair when Stuart said he would claim this as a warrantee item since so many of these were breaking. So I have another $130 in the "New Lt Savings Account."

Thanks Stuart! I'll be in to pick up the 2008 Lt when I get back from Iraq.

When Cindy and I were there on our vacation to get her a new helmet they were very helpful. They suggested that we stop at the Indian Hills Tavern on Hwy 5 for lunch, it was great. Very friendly people, nice Arai helmet. :)

I needed my 6,000 mile service done while I was in D.C. for Rollling Thunder. I rode down to Fredericksburg hoping for a break at Morton's. What wonderful people! The service manager found a way to work me in while I enjoyed the time in a really nice customer waiting area. If I lived in that part of the country I would certainly patronize Morton's BMW

Got three bike's from them and never had a problem. Do all my service work there and in addition to buying the three bikes probably have spent $10K worth of accessories in the last 2 years. They get a big thumbs up for customer service in parts, sales and service! :)
