If there is anyone currently on-list who has a numismatic interest, I'd like to briefly discuss with you a grading-source issue. I'm seeking first-hand experience with one or two of the major grading service companies. I prefer to do this off-list by e-mail, or here using the PM feature. Won't take butt one or two brief exchanges; primarily a yes/no response with minimum detail.
My e-mail addy is: trucker at gvtc dot com.
Thanks in advance.
Oh btw, should not need to continue this thread beyond today.

Dick I have some sperience with numasmatics and have used some grading companies and 2 have the reputation for honest grading. more have a poor rep for grading to give you an example I have a kennedy half that graded mint 68 with a thumb print on the obverse. I felt like a fool for purchasing it and I keep it as a reminder to pay attention to lighting when looking at coins to purchasing. In fact there are glasses with proper lights built in just for that.
So sir what would your question be?
