Buying 2720, but what else do I need?

Here is what is in my shopping cart so far:

2720
Motorcycle Mount
RAM handlebar Mount
Cable with power and audio out

Any others accoutrements I'll need to have? Any other cables? Any covers?

I kind of prefer the left handlebar mounting position from the pictures I have seen. It gets the unit closer to me and won't block the guages or my view. Are there any hazards to having it mounted out there? I am thinking it might be a rain problem?

My GPS is mounted on the right side above the break res. I like using the right hand for the buttons, and the only time I can push a button on it is when I have the cruise control on (or at a stop). On hind sight I wish I had it above the map light. Were it is now is a bit too close, but that is because of old eyes. :) There is something to be said for looking straight ahead too. To each his own.
