It's the large truck rack for a Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Electra Glide. Paul Sayegh sells/sold a kit to mount on the LT trunk.

Boy I thought someone would have gotten it right away. It is from1988-2001 Honda Gold Wing 1500 and no kit required. Just drill 4 small holes and add two 1-5/8" spacers four screws and your done. Takes about 10 minutes to switch from case to rack with a cordless screw gun. I found the rack on E-Bay for $26.00 shipped. New ones can be had for $45.00 at JC Witney.

Now, how about spray painting that ugly black plastic tray underneath with some paint that exactly matches the top of the side case grab rails for another $17.15 plus shipping....

Thanks! best alternative to mega buck rack yet. maybe as good an idea as "Ranger 6 's" idea to use press-and-seal wrap to waterproof a CB radio!!!
