View Full Version : Who has a good selection of RT's in stock?

Just sold my LT and considering buying a RT. Has anyone been in a BMW dealership lately that has a good selection of RTs in stock? I'm in Western North Carolina would like to buy within 750 miles if possible. Should I wait for the 2007s or hope to get a good deal on a 2006?

The Dealer in Daytona FL had quit a few 2 weeks ago when I was there.

BMW MCs of Columbus had a good inventory 2 weeks ago. I'll be there tomorrow for service; will let you know if that has changed.

I think Bob's BMW (Jessup, MD) has a good selection. It's truly a fantastic bike.

Capitol BMW in Raleigh had 2 dark grey on the floor on Tuesday when I was there for service, not much of a selection. They claim they are out until 07 production picks up. Haven't heard any big issues that they are fixing for 07, but at this point, I'm sure they've learned something from the 1st model year sales and are tweaking it in the 07, so if it were me, I'd get on the list for the 07 of exactly what you want.

In Atlanta, I counted 6 in the show room, I will bet you they have a few more in the "Warehouse".

Heard from sales manager that he needs to move some RT's......

Off course JustKrusen is right Daytona seems to beat everyone else ALL THE TIME in Inventory and PRICE. I have two BMW at home (LT and S) and previously an RT all bought from Daytona and either delivered here (RT and S since they were new) and LT I went to get it since it was pre-owned.

Ty McKewen, is the gentleman I deal with, straigh forward guy, gives a price out the door everything and usually BEATS Atlanta, Alabama and Carolina dealers by 1000's.

Plus you get to drive A1 up the coast back.......

I was in BMW-Ducatti of Charlotte today. They had a couple of RTs. Extreme Motorcycles in Hickory, NC had several week before last when I was in for service (828-324-9876). I didn't look at them so I don't have a clue about options. I bought mine from Extreme, nice people to work with and I am satisfied with their service.
