2610 and Find Address

Yet another 2610 question, When I try to find an address and I press the "limit to" tab, the letter screen will not let me select any of the letters or only the letter Z. None of the letters are highlighted for use. This also happens if I select the "street" tab. Am I doing something wrong? The other find functions seem to be working OK

Do you have detailed map data loaded for the address you are looking for?

Al, yes I have the detailed maps loaded for that area. Any other ideas?

What shows up in the typing "window"? When I press "limit to" I get the following choices: Enter a City ... a State/Province ...a Postal Code. If I select "City" the typing window shows me 100 MILE HOUSE until I press a letter. This could be a "last item found" in your case. Try moving the cursor forward and see if things don't change. As I move my cursor the available letters to choose from - change.
