He wants to sell me a Fort Worth Rack,
Anybody know him?

Never heard from him since. I dont know what to think, but I certainlly will not buy from him!

One way I have found that weeds out people that snipe photos online then try to sell the products is to get them to send you a "special" picture.

I had a guy trying to sell me a ParaOrdinance Pistol, and he said for me to send him the 660.00(great price) and then he would ship to my FFL. I then noticed the pic was the same as one on a ParaOrdinance BBS. So, I emailed him back and told him. "Send me a pic of the ejector side of the gun with a Dollar bill next to the gun."

He said "what?" I repeated the email and never heard from him again.

To some, it may sound stupid, but for me, it verifies to me that he has it in his possession.
