It brings a tear to my eye to be on the east coast while these guys are on the "left coast"!
My first visit to them while I was on my way from Phoenix to the national rally in WY still feels like yesterday. I came in and they suggested I get my black bike out of the sun by rolling it onto the used bike showroom floor. Mind you, I didn't ask- they automatically offered. Then I went in to get the customary neophyte shopping done since it was my first BMW bike. Once I exhausted the supply of things I could get in my size and figured I couldn't get it all on my bike with the stuff I had, they offered to ship anything I wanted back home. In fact, since I was on my way to the rally they offered to delay shipping my stuff back so it wouldn't just sit out on my porch for a couple of days.
Shannon is the best for accessories. She remembers my sizes, sends e-mail responses, acts like we just spoke the 'other day' anytime I call-- she's like my personal BMW cycle in house shopper representative. Our typical conversation goes like: T" Shannon, that's all the stuff I need. I have to have it by Friday, though"- S "OK, we have it all in stock. Today is Wednesday at 3:30PM. It'll be to your house on Friday". T-"Bless you! I hate you guys for not being on the east coast!" S-Thanks for your business, Travis. Stop through when you get back out here."
Now, when I'm on hold I get to hear that they will clean your bike after service. Oil change speacilas and they will clean your bike!! Too much! I love them for the class Dealership that they are and I hate them for not being on the east coast!
Note: I've never had service with these guys but I suspect that they would be just as good.
