I am planning on hitting CCR via a stop for a few days in Toronto and am toying with the idea of getting my 48k service done while there. What are my options as far as dealers? I found a listing for Mcbride and I also see there is a BMW dealer in London.
Opinion are being solicited :)

Wolf BMW. If the little hottie that was working there 3 years ago is still there, it's worth the trip. :D

So, are you telling me to leave Pat elsewhere when I go to the dealer? :)

Hi Richard;
There are very few "bike only" dealers (the two you found) as the BMW car dealers around Toronto have become bike dealers as well, so here there are.
Toronto BMW - downtown city core - Bike service contact is Andrew Charters.
Budds BMW - Oakville (west suburb)- Tech guy is John Parker a very careful and conscientious mechanic.
Open Road BMW - Newmarket (40 miles north of Toronto) - contact is Pat Doyle a long term owner of an independant bike dealer (Bavarian BMW) now merged in with a car dealer.
Durham BMW - Whitby (east suburb of Toronto), sorry no contact names.
You will probably find the 48K service will run $1100-$1300 CDN Dollars.

He has hit the top ones,
I like Down Town BMW small shop for bikes, but they try to be fast and Charters is great at getting thing done, It also allows you to see the city if you want. If you talk right he might let you get a loner to ride for a couple of hours.
Have just moved out of the city my self and now go to budds and they are good to but in Oakville and not a lot to do there and it is not a s personable the gates and security to get into the dealership (strange) you can book and appointment on line with them if you look up Budds BMW, Oakville.
Wolfs is now in London and easier to get from if you are doing the 401 Highway thing to Windsor don't know to much about them but reports are good.
And Pat at Open Road I have also had a time to meet, also a good shop a lot farther from Toronto.
As for McBrides I have had problems with them, but that is me, they deal in about 5 different types of bikes so BMW is just another one even though the have a separate show room
Hope this helps
