The Ninja has a new owner. There's a hole in the garage where it was parked just this morning. But my pocket is full of dough, and the wife is happy. And the fact that I'm about to ride an '06 K1200GT is really helping me to "get over it". :D

So Joe, are you selling the LT as well? Or is the wife (and the pocket book) OK with the GT and the LT in the garage?:bmw:

With the sale of the Ninja, I paid off the LT...so now I'm back down to one payment to BMW. I could keep both. But the plan with the GT was that I would be a perfect blend of LD-ability and performance. Thus, replacing the previous two. And I tired of having two bikes. The maintenance, the up-keep, etc., etc...

Joe: I wish you good luck with the new GT.

A tear; a sigh; a wave good bye. A smile; a wink; a new ride I think. A grin; a hello; caress the GT and go go go!

Yup, I think a GT and a FJR AE will be all I need!

Yup, I think a GT and a FJR AE will be all I need!Personally, I don't get that combo. They are too similar. Would be like owning an LT and a GoldWing. Or a ZX-14 and a Hayabusa. No?

Yes! Now, if I could only choose one.

Two outstanding machines....Both artwork in their own right.
