Hey, Joe

We have never had the pleasure - be all yours - but I am wondering if you have seen the 02 LT that Romans has for sale. Looks good from their ad on cycletrader.

I will be buying an LT in the next few days and am just looking for help picking a dealer to work with who is not too far from S. Ont. The guys at Max BMW have been really good on the phone but are 400 miles away.

Don't beat on me - I really want to join the LT rider crowd even tho you have bailed!

Geoff :p

I glanced at it last week...but my focus was on picking up my new baby. Hope you understand. :)

I can look at it for you either tomorrow or Tuesday when I'm there.

As far as service, I won't have a bike serviced anywhere else if I can help it. I have two dealers closer than Romans...but I keep going back for good reason. Fred is "the man" . . . tell him I sent you.

Of course...you could always buy my '02!!! :)

Doh, of course 400 miles is nothing for you guys but I am new here and haven't gotten into the mile-eater mode.

Thanks for the offer, Joe. I am leaning to a new one (with support from my wife who thinks this is going to be the last bike!) but can't refuse a good-looking, low mileage bargain.

Hope you guys in OH have survived the rain

Best regards

Geoff

Oh, and for what is worth, Romans in 300 miles from here!

The "mile-eater" mode is just like cholesterol... It will sneak up on ya before you know it!!!:p :D Been there... Done that!!! and I have an empty wallet to prove it!
Good luck on making the right bike purchase. Buying a slightly used bike can save you a bunch on depreciation, just make sure to have some factory warranty left, and maybe an extended warranty included...:bmw:
