Unpacking, Pre-Assembly and Mounting took ~3 hours.
I took a lot of photos for a review that's coming.

I bet the cops get a kick out of your custom license plate cover.
As for the bags, they're awsome!!! I may have to schedule another tech session just to get to see THE MACHINE!

If you do, I'll be there!
I'm still up to my eyes in alligators at work, Thanks Medicare Part D!
I've also been replacing the appliances in the Casa, the contractor grade crap the builders cram in the houses just didn't cut it for Sue.
Cook Top, Double Ovens, Dish Washer, Clothes Washer/Dryer and lets not forget painting http://www.bmwlt.com/forums/images/icons/icon11.gif.
Sue's youngest is moving back in with us in two weeks! Yeah!http://www.bmwlt.com/forums/images/icons/icon9.gif
I need a break, please do a Tech Session!http://www.bmwlt.com/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif

I'm not positive...but I'm fairly certain that you can fit a full-sized accordion in each side. :D
I like them Dave. They are NOT ordinary. And who wants that?!

Holy crap... wow... maybe it's just that the camera adds... a couple of hundred cubic inches, but those are large.
Seeing the photos, I'm now thinking of helping Micatech out with some additional marketing ideas; you know, suggestions on how customers could put them to good use:
1. Smuggle illegal aliens across the border. 2 in each pannier.
2. Drug-running for the Colombian cartel (would put their fast-boats out of business...).
3. California auto parts stores could promise faster delivery of their largest parts (because bikes can lane-split in CA...).
4. Carrying Joe's cashed payroll check. He must have lots of $$ because of his recent purchase.
