See, I am all for taking my family for a ride, however, I would not take my spare tire out of the top box and leave it propped against the house for my family to go.

I say, get a side car and put your spare tire back in the topbox!!

:D ;) :bmw:

Very nice, same exact bike I have (color). Where are you located? That sure doesn't look like a USA plate :)

Please remember, be responsible and punch air holes in the trunk. Even little babies need to breath.

With the "Child Carrier" option does that mean you had to give up the espresso maker?

No, actually it is included with the Child Carrier option. Helps you stay awake during the day when you have been awake all night!

I cannot stress how important it is to punch air holes in the trunk. I carried my 6 month old son the same way and had a problem with a bent key and was not able to open the trunk for over an hour after riding for several hours. If I had not previously punched holes in the top case my son would have had serious problems. Thankfully the guys at the bar were able to help me open the top case.

:D

Noticed a few things on different on the blue '05 bike:

1. Rear luggage decals - is this stock for foreign models??
2. Special light above the normal light - parking??
3. Antenna on the front fender??

Lets the guesses begin . . . .

3. Antenna on the front fender??

I bet it is used for toll roads or other such counting devices, so that you are counted in some manor

I also like that chrome trim on the rear... My '02 LTE had chrome lower pieces by the foot pegs. This bike has a matte finish on the lower pieces.
