I can't say I've been impressed with the service I've received on my 05 LT at this dealership. I've had it in twice for service and never once gotten a clean bike back after service. I received a VIP card from the dealership to find that even with a scheduled appointment they would pass my bike over in favor of someone else. I discussed with the manager of the dealership to only be invited to take my business elsewhere. I've only asked for what they willing advertise on their web site as promised for every person bring in their bikes for service. The VIP card is suppose to give 10% discount except for when I bought tires they wouldn't honor it. Guess I'm more or less shopping for a new dealer in the area who wants to stand behind their claims or advertising. Thus far haven't seen it for this dealer!!

Very unfortunate. Ride over to Austin, spend the night after riding the Texas Hill country for a day and give Lonestar a try. They are not perfect but no one is...Good luck!

N7ULC, sorry to hear your experience with this dealership. Even more, I am surprised to hear the manager didn't take care of it for you. This is where I bought my LT's and I know I have some loyalty with them (FYI I have no other connection to this dealership than as a customer--repeat customer I might add). I had a few issues with my 05 LT, or the service department, but the manager and owner have bent over backwards to make it right with me and ALWAYS have made it right. In fact I am riding an 06 now to prove it (they went way above and beyond on that deal--another story).
Just a guess, but did you try to use your V.I.P. card when they had their "Internet Pricing" special going on tires? They said no other discounts would apply for that one. Just a guess.
I have gotten my bike back dirty a couple of times, due to their staff having to pick up bikes (they will come get your bike and trailer it to the dealership & back) and no one was available to wash it, but they have always said I could stop in anytime and they would clean it for me to make up for it. They even took the time to detail it once to make up for some repeat problems I had with my 05.
I had my bike's service bumped a couple of times, due to people from out of town needing service or something, but I know if I was traveling I would appreciate being moved up too, so I didn't have an issue with it, but other than that they have always gotten me right in when I had it scheduled.
I may have had a bump or two along the road with these guys, but have never left the dealership less than 100% satisfied after taking it to the manager, or the owner. If I were you, if you didn't feel you could talk with the manger, I would make an appointment to go in and talk with the owner. He is a very friendly guy and will listen to you. Believe me, I know, cause he and I have taken the golves off a couple of times, but like I said before I always left satisfied!!!
Just my .02 cents. That and another $4.98 will get you a cup of coffee (unless you at BMW of N. Houston, where the glamore coffee is free :) )
