At the BMWOA National Rally next month, they are raffling off a chance to win either a GS or a GT. Which would you pick?

I'll call at 10:00am just as a formality. But anything less than a "come on down and pick her up" will be TOTALLY unacceptable.
I . . . WILL . . . GO . . . POSTAL! http://www.advrider.com/forums/images/smilies/2ar15smilie.gif(Then repent later...) http://s3.amazonaws.com/advrider/mwink.gif

Your question requires a question. What type riding do you do or intend to do? These are very different and designed for different uses. Have you ridden both?

I was decided that I was going to get a GT, thats all I thought about. I looked at them, sat on them...oh yeah..this was the bike. When the time came, I headed called my local dealers and they had two on the floor. A dark graphite and a CGM. He also had a demo I could test ride. Okay..I better do the obligatory test ride I suppose.
As soon as I got off of the phone, my wife and I jumped in the car and drove 100 miles to the dealer. I was wondering if I was going to get to drive the GT home this day or have to come back. And what color should I choose.
So..I test drove it...ehhh...it was nice, fast. Just something about it. It just wasnt for me. The only time I thought it was fun was when I throttled it up to 110 mph coming up the on ramp. Yeah that was cool, and it got there in a hurry. But on the small back roads, the twisties, I just didnt like it. This bike, IMO is best suited on the interstates or big roads...exactly the roads I avoid.
I decided to test drive the GS, and an RT.
In short....Yesterday.....I picked up my black 07' GS :yeah:
Whew!!! I sure am glad I test drove a GT.
